I currently serve as a Research Associate at the Learning Research and Development Center (LRDC) based at the University of Pittsburgh, and as the Director for Learning Innovation at WGU Labs.
I earned my PhD in psychology from the University of Waterloo, after which I worked at Stanford University where I helped to co-found the College Transition Collaborative—one of the largest multi-institution collaborations to deliver proven psychological interventions to over 40,000 students—as well as the Stanford Interventions Lab—a collaborative research group committed to sharing and scaling proven insights from psychology to promote better performance and well-being.
